SteemGirls #2: I'm Lisa, first Asian-German Make-up Artist on steemit, dancer, own dream job creator and inspiring self educator

This is the second Story from the #SteemGirls Network. If you missed the introduction, read this.

I´m Lisa (22 years old), a passionate Make-up Artist, who tries to fulfill her dreams and live the good life.
I was born in Germany and I am of Chinese - Vietnamese origin.

People would often describe me as the most humble and kindhearted person they have met. Sometimes I feel like kindness is overlooked as a sign of weakness, but I believe it is truly the key to happiness. Being kind also makes a positive effect on your surroundings. That is why I stay away from negative minded people to avoid stress and complaints; spread the world with love!

After I graduated from school, I fulfilled my dream and traveled to Australia for a work & travel year, which is popular among german high school seniors. It was an unforgettable experience, because I met so many people from all over the world with different languages, lifestyles and cultures.
Traveling gave me an opportunity to meet new people, helping me to get out of my comfort zone and discovering my true self. It showed me the way to happiness, which I will talk about in a later post.

Besides traveling, I love to cook healthy dishes from my homeland Vietnam, which I have learned to make from my parents. I really enjoy cooking for my friends, who truly love the taste. I would love to share my recipe with you!

I also want to share my work as a Make-up Artist here. I officially work in the beauty industry since I came back from Australia, but I already found my passion for make-up years ago back in school. Make-up gives me a chance to express myself and I can create different looks for different occasions.

Besides my interest for beauty, I like to spend some time reading about things related to anything that helps you get a step closer to your goal. What are your favorite books?

I'm currently on my path to reaching my dream job; connecting work and passion together and to live an independent life. A lot of motivation speaker, authors and investors like Tony Robbins and Tai Lopez inspire me to constantly work on your goals no matter how many obstacles are thrown in your path.

Last but not least, i want to let you know my biggest dream. I would love to visit LA! Isn't it the city of entertainment, fashion, with a big art scene, full of culture and dreams? All of my vacations mostly brought me to East Asia, but hopefully will change soon. I dreamed about taking some dance-classes there, visit music shows and festivals of my favorite artists, always having a diverse selection of food and just living the happy lifestyle. I´m curious and really want to know why the people are so relaxed and outgoing.

I first heard about Cryptocurrency in the news, when the crisis in Greece started and people there started to put their money into Bitcoin. I remember thinking how smart this idea was - a currency that's independent from the Government!

I think Steemit is a perfect platform for sharing all the thoughts we have, adventures we experienced etc. I appreciate any feedback made, whether it´s positive or constructive.
