Hi again Steemians, this is a small space to introduce a bit of me. My friends know me as Mígue, and 'm Colombo-Chinese cuz my paternal and maternal ancestors are from those two wonderful countries. I'm fitness specialist with some studies, certifications and more in integral physical education, sport nutrition and biomechanics of physical training.

I want to show you and let this microblog open to all kinds of people, and it's because we all deserve to be healthy, since the smallest boy to the biggest of all, and believe me, a healthy lifestyle doesn't have to be complicated and difficult, it's really very easy if you learn to develop good habits that can contribute to an excellent physical health and a great life
