To wonder or wander is the real question, also.. is danish really tasty?

Hey...

I'll admit, writing my first post here I feel a bit like the proverbial deer caught in the famous headlights - although in this case I'm a slightly confused, 30-ish, human male and the headlights is the stern gaze of my, at this time, slightly intimidating girlfriend @iwanderela.

Looking at the keyboard ahead of me I'm frozen in an empty state of mind, incapable of conceiving even a single coherent thought that might help me escape the clutches of the she-devil behind me. Seemingly surrendering myself to my fate I observe in mild bewilderment as one letter after another materializes on the screen before me, slowly but surely dragging me into yet a new social media.

It's only been a month or so ago that my normally sweet and loving girlfriend discovered @steemit.. Lying in bed one night shortly after, I heard the words the words for the first time "You should join #steemit also baby, why don't you do it tomorrow?"

The struggle was real for weeks, tensions going up and down as god and bad arguments was thrown low and high. Should I enter yet another social media again? is it all just a big scam by the secret alien overlords to devour our souls? What is cryptocurrency really? Am I really wandering or wondering? How tasty is a Danish?

The resistance was in the end futile as the vile temptress that inhabits the other half of my bed, slowly but sure lured me into her web spun with recommendation, promises of great wealth and of course the threat of no intimacy until I wrote my first post.

So here I am my dear steemians, a wandering danish rolling through the world and now also steeming.
