The fastest way to lose weight now this is a complicated one it depends what your end goal is if you just want a quick fix I've got a party or going away in two three weeks then nutrition is gonna be your quickest way and basically what we do is you just eat a lot less calories and you're gonna burn weight or burn off burn off fat to loser lose a little weight lots of that is just gonna be water attention and what's gonna happen is when you get back from the holidays you're gonna pick that weight back up and probably a little bit extra so short term you easily loss your body weight through nutrition but if you're looking for a lot more long-term thing this is a there's no is exercise or nutrition the best it is for steer combination between the two so yes you've got to eat healthy if you're looking to burn burn off fats a calorie deficit and making sure you eating the right things and then obviously from a exercise point of view again there's neither should I do cardio or should I reserve do resistance it's a combination of the two you should be doing more cardio right cardio is going to help burn off fat but what's going to burn off even more fat is actually doing your resistance training the resistance training is also going to increase your metabolic rate which will mean naturally you burn off that fat throughout the day just naturally from the recovery process of weight training so again the question was what's the best way or the quickest way to lose weight is a nutrition is it exercise a combination of the two yes you can get a quick fix by going on a fasting diet or something like that but you're all gonna pick the way back up and more so they said their combination is going to give you the best long-term result so making sure that you're eating healthy watching your calories not necessarily so much what you eat what you eat also important but the most important thing is your calorie deficit from healthy good good food and then like I said when it comes to exercise a combination of cardiovascular training to get the heart rate going burning off obviously calories while you're doing that but more importantly doing your resistance training which is gonna help increase your metabolic rate so just naturally you'll burn off more more fat throughout today right so hopefully that answers your question been like I said I'm forcing no no quick fix unless you're just going away and holiday and you don't mind picking up all that weight again right
