A Newbie in this New World (Introduction to Steemit)

Creativity. Ideas. Great thoughts. I've got plenty of these running inside my mind, all inside my own box not until my friends and even my instructor gave me the idea of sharing my thoughts and expressing myself in a very convenient way, through Steemit. At first, I don't have any ideas about the community. I am a simple school lad, doing my staff, I've got friends to hang out with, in fact, I've got this brilliant idea of starting to blog from some of them ( you know who you are guys!). But it was not easy for me to start. To begin with, many people has been into blogging and man, some of them sure are good, great to be exact! I find it hard to come up with great stories, great articles. Secondly, I admit I am not a master of the English language, I make grammatical errors sometimes. But upon contemplating about it for few days, I've realized it's not about great stories or great articles nor was it all about perfect paragraphs and flawless grammar, most successful blogs I've read has their genuineness thus catching the interest of the readers. So finally, under the moonlight, I sat in our balcony, opened my laptop and getting my thoughts started as the sound of the clicking keyboard breaks the silence of the night.

I think blogging for me is creating my own world and sharing it to many people. I get to be expressive, I get to be emotional or even logical and yes, it won't be avoided to be judged and questioned but this is a very good opportunity to enhance myself. Aside from being academically inclined I want to be connected with the society and through this it's being possible. So from this moment onward, I'll be sharing my self like an open book as I venture this new world further. Yes, I am a newbie but with high hopes I wish to explore more the world and myself while being able to share it with others.
