Hello, Steemit!
My name is Constantine Ilchenko, i am 31 years old geek living somewhere north from the middle of Eurasia in a small town called Snezhinsk, the only interesting thing about it is that it is a hometown of the most powerful nuke in the know humanity history ever(it was made here by my grandpa's generation in some kind of local communistic utopia built for top skilled physicians, nowadays it looks like corrupted corporation draining every type of energy from a local population).
I am working as Haas VF CNC machine operator, the work is awesome, but it is paid lesser than a construction work. Looks like our engineers are too old and are stucked in the last century. That means no profit at all, and some kind of deep corruption here as well. And in respect to the Zeitgeist they have no money to pay me, but they've got enough money to apply surveillance system to watch every my step. Or may be they are selling this type of video content to some weird pornhub, and some strange dudes are watching me being consumed by the machine)))
I am also a member of the Boinc cloud, particularly MilkyWay@Home since 2012. That represents my love to the night sky and science fiction. Back then i was think whether to mine BTC or to share my computational power with scientists who require it more then i do. Poor idealistic fool))
The fact is that my science fiction fan's mind is being blown up, while i am watching as fiction becomes reality in front of my eyes. Looks like singularity is not just near, but it is already here tearing old world a part. For me it looks like that natural neural network carriers have no chance against artificial ones. It's pretty scary, but otherwise looks like humanity with all our troubles is not so bad, if it could create the next step of evolution. That's why i am here gladly diving in this new type of hive mind existence.
I am also learning machine learning with a great help from Siraj Raval's YouTube channel.
