Looking Forward to Joining the Steemit World!

Hello everyone

I've stumbled upon the Steemit site in reference to someone reaching out to my financial blogs asking to review the platform.  In 2010, I was fortunate enough to get involved w/ Bitcoin and at the time I wrote of the idea and the fascination behind it, Bitcoin value was about $12.  What a difference a half decade makes!

I have no idea where Steemit will go, but the idea is one of a kind and I hope to be able to bring quality content to the site  and the chain for years to come.  Enough of that ... a little about me.

Ten days ago, I was fortunate enough to welcome my second child into the world, Maximus Kane and I'm just getting back into the swing of things from a work perspective.  My primary employment comes from contracting with financial website owners to generate revenue on their platforms.  Whether though advertising, social media or affiliate marketing, I handle all day to day business activities for a handful of prominent financial blogs, and have the wonderful (although sometimes terrible) ability to work from home. 

I hope to be able to accomplish three things using Steemit:

1. Express my ideas freely on a variety of topics important to me and hope to hear back constructive criticism and free flow of ideas pro and con.
2. Make new friends and help others express their ideas
3. Make money! (At least enough to keep this program viable for a long long time).
