Atlantic Power - starting to attract attention

Mangrove Partners came out with a 13D filing today, which shows an 8.2% ownership in Atlantic Power (AT). I had a feeling someone was buying, the stock price was acting different the past couple of days.

I am not super happy that AT is starting to get some attention, but hopefully it stays cheap for a while longer.
