How Rich Would You Be, If You Had Invested In Apple in 2006!
Apple is one of the most profitable and well known companies in the world. But back in 2006, Apple was a company with a very few successful products and with less to no recognition. It was with the Mac line of computers and iPod that cemented the company as a success. In 2006, the Apple had turned in yearly profit of around $2.4 billion. But in just 10 years time, the company generates a quarterly revenue of at least $40 billion. This is a stratospheric rise for the company and the share prices have gone from just $10 USD a share to over $150 USD. The investors who recognized the earlier opportunity have received a 15x profit over the last decade. Even Warren Buffett is said to have entered a position in the company back in 2006. Imagine if you had bought just $10000 worth of shares back then, you would have close to $150000 as ROI. That return might not seem a lot in the Cryptocurrency world, but a dream of an investment for institutional investors.
