WHY THE TRX IS NOT ADDING ?

I have noticed that since the last few months, we have been getting TRX with 1:1 equal to SP even after successfully claiming the TRX is not adding in our wallets It has been 4 to 5 months the team does not yet resolve this issue is there any possibility to solve this issue or this will be going same in the future too because TRX is a great coin with some potential that it can go up in the upcoming months or in the future.
