Motorbike Tour Day 8
Day 8
Where the hell is my Bike?!?!?
But first things first.
In the morning we were visiting Selcuk at his office. We drank some coffee with him and talked about politics and motorbikes. We're glad that we met him at the border and we're glad to be invited by him.
We also met his wife who has so much energy.
With the still lasting lovely and funny tension after 15 Years of marriage it will last forever.
Thanks very much Selcuk and keep going with the weekend escapes to Bulgaria or Greece or wherever :) :)
Afterwards again tea drinking, talking, learning and posing:
meanwhile in the lobby....:)
In the evening there were some situations on the streets and it smells like teargas again.
The government opened the Gezi-Park and closed it again after a few hours. But life goes on around the panzers and water throwers so we took some shortcuts to sit at the Bosporus with Sonya and smoked waterpipe afterwards.
Back at the hostel..wait….”Where the hell is my bike?” It wasn’t there. After panicking for a few minutes we found out that the construction workers next to the hostel moved it behind the wall of the construction site to cover it because of the protesters and the teargas capsules.
What a day?!”
