Sovracosce di pollo con bacon
Oggi ci mettiamo a tavola con un secondo piatto di carne, facile da preparare e molto gustoso. Per cucinare le sovracosce di pollo al forno con il bacon non c'è bisogno di olio, non va coperto durante la cottura e non dovete togliere la pelle dal pollo.
- 4 sovracoscia
- 8 fettine bacon
- vino rosso
- sedano
- carote
- aglio
- pepe
- paprica
- sale
- Eliminate il grasso in eccesso presente dalla parte senza pelle.
- Preparate il trito di carote e sedano.
- Mentre in una piattino mischiate le polveri di: pepe, paprica, sale e aglio.
- Cospargere sulle sovracosce di pollo le spezie e il sale.
- Dal lato dove non è presente la pelle coprite con le fettine di bacon e bloccatele con dei stecchini.
- Disporre le sovracosce in una teglia e infornate in forno preriscaldato a 220° con il lato del bacon verso l'alto.
- Dopo circa 20-25 minuti quando il bacon comincia a prendere colore girare le sovracosce con la pelle verso l'alto.
- Versare mezzo bicchiere di vino rosso.
- Continuare la cottura fino a che la pelle non sarà croccante e il vino non sarà evaporato.
- Impiattate e servitele ben calde. Eeee....Buon appetito.
