Should be IV token staker (bigger than 1000 IV Staker)  

IV 토큰을 1000개 이상 스테이킹 유저에 적용합니다.   

New IV token staker will take priority! 

새로운 IV 토큰 스테이커는 우선순위를 드립니다.      

I will vote with 100% my power for the post of new IV token stakers. Just mention in your reply saying that you have staked 22 July 2019. I will visit your Steem-engin account information. 

1000개 이상 IV 토큰을 스테이킹하신 분은 댓글에 언급만 하세요. 제가 스팀엔진 계정을 확인하겠습니다.    

Apply within 30 links (First come firs served)  

지원자가 많다면 선착순 30개 링크에만 적용합니다.   

But if you are not the one within 30 links, then I will vote for you in the next round(it will take time) 

만약에 30명 선착순에 들지 못한 분들은 다음에 보팅을 해드립니다.   

What I will do 보팅은 아래와 같이...

If there are less than 10 links, then, I will upvote with 100% voting power each 

만약에 링크가 10개 미만일 때에는 풀보팅을 해드립니다.   

If there are 20 links around, then, I will upvote with around 50% voting power each. 

링크가 20개 내외일 때에는 약 50%내외의 보팅을 드립니다.   

If there are full number of links(30 links), then I will vote for them evenly with at least 30% of power 

링크가 제한 선인 30개일 경우에는 30% 내외의 보팅을 드립니다.   

The above guidelines might be changed without notice, but I will do my best to stick to the guidelines.
