@mariluna gives deep insight into the Rastafarian culture of Nyahbinghi. The origin, the meaning, the practice and also how it influenced Reggae music. She also talked about the spiritual connection with nature and the universe and how the beating of the drums and chanting are used to manifest life and overcome the ills of the world. @dmilliz made a good summary of the national Heroes of Jamaica just in time for Heroes' day 2019 on Monday, October 21st. He adds two Reggae songs to his quick look at the heroes, something we've never seen in a blog post about National Heroes. Be sure to check it out to see which songs he posted and to get a little history on Jamaica.

Apa Salah dan Dosaku [Indonesian Reggae] by @zainalbakri
@zainalbakri introduced us to a beautiful Indonesian Reggae song and artiste, he also gave short and sweet opinion on the piece and what the song is about.
