本日発表されました！幡ヶ谷から新宿に移転して、金色不如帰がミシュラン1つ星を獲得した！3年前、幡ヶ谷本店へ行ったことがあて、食べレポートも書いた。新店のはまだ書けない。今日簡単に言う：蛤と鯛のスープとブラックトリュフル美味すぎる！

Today Tokyo Michelin Restaurant Guide announce 2019 awards. The third and new ramen restaurant which get One Star is Soba house 金色不如帰. I ate that but didn’t write the report yet. I tried her origin restaurant in Hatagaya before and now it moved to Shinjuku royal park. Taste is good even though it is not my toppest favorite. I like its Black truffle sauce make the salt soup base brilliant!

《今天東京米芝蓮新摘星拉麵店發表》⭐️🍜🍜🍜 介紹一下，今天新鮮出爐的東京米芝蓮出現的新一星拉麵店：「Sobahouse 金色不如帰」！她在幡ヶ谷駅發跡，那裡不是旅遊景點所以不太多遊客，美食老饕就不會放過的！（詳見好孩子的「爆食東京」一書介紹）。今年她在新宿御苑附近開業，馬上在米芝蓮一星一登龍門！🌈🌈🌈 好孩子的「新爆食日本」還在排期中，今天就早出一點介紹一下，湯底主打是塩系列，亦有醬油系。新店以加強版真鯛和蛤出汁配塩湯底，味道自然，沒有添加化調也能引出鮮味，跟另一間米芝蓮摘星店「蔦」一樣，以黑松露調味令塩味湯底更有層次，在口腔內散發刺激味覺。在好孩子的「爆食日本」的拉麵塩系湯底排名上，雖然不是頂點，但是亦算不錯。🧐🧐🧐
