I cooked rice bowl topped with minced chicken and egg.Two colors of a bowl minced chicken and egg.
そぼろ丼をつくりました。鳥挽肉と卵の2色どんぶりです。
Look at the fire.Add seasoning and minced meat and fry.When I mixing,I use six chopsticks.
火加減に注意して、調味料とひき肉を入れて炒めていきます。菜箸を6本使って混ぜています。
The results will be like this,If mix long time.(eggs too)It is completed by putting on rice.
ずっと混ぜていると、このようになります。
いつも鳥そぼろを多めに作って冷凍しています。仕事で疲れた時など大変助かります。

鶏そぼろ、我が家では濃い目の味付けが好きな娘と、薄味が好みの旦那とで意見が分かれるので作る方としては大変困ります。
それは、作る側としては困りますね～でも鶏そぼろは少し濃い目にしたほうが美味しいと思いますよ。

お箸６本使いがコツですね。
お箸は6本ぐらいあると、そぼろ状になりやすいかな〜と思ってます。混ぜるの結構大変なので(^^;;

卵そぼろは硬くなりがちなので、お水を少し入れると、フワッとなる気がするので、いつも大匙1ほど入れてますよ！
