steemアカウント作成時にCouldn't create account.とでるエラーについて( About the error with "Could not create account." When steem account is created)

steem初投稿ですが、アカウント作成時に問題が起きたのですが、これに関する記事が見当たらなかったので覚書として書いておきます。
(It is the first post of steem. I don't find an article about the problem that occurred when creating an account, so write it down.)
steemへメールを送り承認されたあと、パスワードを入力しアカウント作成しようとボタンを押しましたが、”Couldn't create account. Server returned the following error:10 assert_exception: Assert Exception creator.vesting_shares ”と表示され、アカウントを作成することができませんでした。
(After sending an e-mail to steem and accepting it, I fill in a password to create an account, but it says "Could not create account. Server returned the following error: 10 assert_exception: Assert Exception creator.vesting_shares" , and unable to create an account.)
このエラーの解決方法は時間をおいてやりなおすことでした。
(The solution to this error was to try again later.)
私の場合、約12時間後に再度アカウント作成を行った際には問題なくアカウントを作ることができました。
(In my case, when I created an account again 12 hours after, I was able to create an account without problems.)
これから始めるみなさん、もしこのエラーがでたら気長に待ってみてはいかがでしょうか。

初めまして！
私はだいぶ前に登録したので経験していませんが、アカウント登録の不具合がでているという話は聞いていました。既に正常化されたのかと思っていたんですが、まだだったんですね。STEEMITの発展のためにも早く正常に戻ってほしい限りです。
何がともあれ無事登録できたとのことなので、今後の記事楽しみにしています。

比較的最近の不具合なんですね。
確かに運営がもう解決しました的なことを返答しているものを見つけましたが、まだ完全には直っていないということなのかもしれません。
