Aceh is one of the westernmost regions of Indonesia, an area that has a lot of natural wealth and customs. From the language and traditions as well as the typical food that has a lot of history.

As we know that the habit of drinking coffee after the dawn prayer is ingrained in the Acehnese themselves, we can check that there are no empty coffee shops in Aceh in the morning. So, from this habit, there are some interesting stories and cultural values, such as kueh timphan balloon or in Indonesian it is called kueh dadar gulung.

This cake has many types and ways of serving, this flour-based cake can be served with various toppings. such as coconut, pumpkin, durian and so on. For most Acehnese, a day without coffee feels like something is up. Well, when coffee without being accompanied by a variety of cakes, it doesn't taste good.

there are many kinds of kueh that can be friends with coffee in the morning, maybe on this occasion timphan balloon is one of my choices.
