Here is an intimate look at one of my last custom wirewrapped pendants.

As of 2016 I decided to stop making high end jewelry full time to pursue other interests I have, thus taking on less and less custom jewelry. This piece is one of my last. It features a stone selection provided by the client, something that I have never done before. I took a very different approach with this piece. I was posed with the challenge of working with specific stones, so I decided to go completely outside of the box, and I couldn't be happier with the result.

I was really inspired by the hard geometry of crystals and the natural curves of filigree.

Micro-crystalline growth can be seen in the luster of the Tsavorite Garnet (green gemstone) as reflections of light.

This picture really reveals some of the beauty of the gemstones that are in this pendant.
