Interview Drama

in #jobs6 years ago

Today just about anyone can get a job, issue is we go through this thing called an "Interview" which yeah most the time it makes sense. But that should not be the only way to land the job. For example, say you are applying for an auto mechanic job and you go to this interview to prove you are "Worthy". See the catch is even if your one of the best mechanics in the world but you suck at getting the right words out there and you miss your chance. Now lets try again but instead you are presented with a car and it has lets say some bad spark plugs or maybe the oil needs changing (Take your pick). They tell you to fix the problem in a set amount of time. The point is that showing your skills rather than saying what your skills are makes a better demonstration in general. The potential employer will be able to see that you can do the job as well as showing off your personality and habits because that matters. What do you think? Am i wrong? Do you agree? I'd really like to know. ^w^

P.S. I don't know if you noticed but I was gone for a bit, and now i'm back.
