A recruiter stressed "As a recruiter, it is on several occasions, I've asked people that just finished answering some questions (interview), that; what do you think about the job? and their response has always been "awesome, I loved what I heard”. Then, I was confused, can this be true? Why most of them always love what they have heard?

So, I called the hiring manager and ask how the interview went, but he replied in a very different manner. “I don’t know what happened, most of them didn’t sound very interested or excited about the job. I’ll probably pass them all”.

Are you a software engineer, scientist?

This happens a lot with you guys. Most of you are introverts (individuals who are more analytical and tend to be quieter and reserved), and I don't wanna know the reason, maybe the nature of your job.😊

Although, not all engineers and scientists are introverts, and my experience explains It better. I've been doing this for several years now, and these are the type of people I have worked with most as a recruiter.

So here’s the simple tip, you need to KNOW:

If something sounds exciting or ridiculous during your interview, never hide your feelings. Tell them how you feel!

I know, this is simple as 1-2-3, but you need "the courage" to make this happen, as it could make a big difference.

Trust me, they’ll like you more because of your COURAGE.
