The Indonesian Hotel and Restaurant Association (PHRI) launched Jogja Heboh program on Saturday (27/1) at Jogja City Mall.

Jogja Heboh program is intended for tourists who come to Yogyakarta. During this February, hotels in Yogyakarta will provide promo tour packages with great discounts.

Released from tempo.co, Chairman of the Indonesian Hotel and Restaurant Association (PHRI) Yogyakarta, Istidjab M Danunagoro, said that this Jogja Heboh program aims to attract tourists to come to Yogyakarta. How to provide tour packages and discounts are great.

Still according to Istidjab, a total of 50 hotels in Jogja follow this Jogja Heboh program. And the 50 hotels will provide discounts of up to 60% and offer unusual travel packages. So, the tour package provided is not a tourist place that has been very mainstream like Prambanan Temple, Borobudur Temple or Yogyakarta Sultan Palace but, new tourist objects are no less exciting.

The same thing also conveyed by the Head of Department of Tourism of DIY, Aris Riyatna, according to the number of large discounts, this Jogja Heboh program will be able to attract more tourists to come to Jogja. He targets this year will increase Jogja tourists to 10%.
