My New Journey

What does age mean to you?

I thought this was only a number. I was told since I started my part time job during my 2nd sem in uni which age doesn't mean your ability, age is just a number. And this has allowed me to excel myself in my career (Education business) that boss gave me a small shares for the company at my age of 25. Not a lot, but proved my worth.

When come to this number, i never think that this will bother me. I always think i am young enough to say that. From 19 years old turn to 20 years old - I gained some experiences become more mature in the sense.

I always thought 30yo is just another turning like I turned to 20. When i was 29 last year, i had a totally different thought!

The little voice keep popping out - "look back the past 10 years, what else do you have other than the active income?"; "you are no longer that young, what happened if u are not able to work anymore?"...... a lot of all this thought came because i am turning 30 this year....

This has been bothering me for about a year.

Till this April... on the 1st April, unfortunately I got into an accident. My car bang the car in front without me seeing what exactly that was happened. April no fool.

But, fortunately I did not get hurt and I am blessed enough that this bang has gave me a wake up call!

Life is really that short which you will never know what will or may happen in the next seconds. I was stunned after i "kissed" the car in front of me. I only follow what the people there told me to do, get down the car, sit aside and call my family.

When my parent, 2 brothers and sister take turns to call me to check if i am ok and my bf were with me on WhatsApp (he was overseas)... i suddenly felt that I am really blessed to have them and I want to be with them as long as I can.

This wake up call has lead me to a decision to leave this 2nd company (also a n education business) that I was given a 2% shares (started since Aug last year, another reason to leave is also due to internal management issues.. long story). This accident has giving me a stronger desire to resign.

I do not feel like building the empire for anyone else. I want to build my own empire for myself and my loved ones.

That's how I started my new journey since 1st May. It is almost a month. But it is a very very fruitful month!

♡I registered my own company, LTL Success Resources to run what i am passionate with (which is also EDUCATION!)

♡I am blessed to get the blessings from my bf and some friends who know me well...

♡one of the friend who I get to know her through a course that we attended about 1.5years ago. We clicked with each other and she decided to fund me to a carnival event in June to get more exposure for my new company. She knew that I am tight in cashflow at this beginning stage. I am still excited over this event which I will be first time on stage to share on my expertise!

I am a good receiver! Receive and give back more!

♡One of the new friend whom I only met him once 2 months ago. He started his digital marketing agency with his fellow friends. When he knew that I am on my own for my new startup, he offered me a free website and some marketing to get customers!

My new journey started and sailing!
