We are living in a superstructure of lies built on lies, going back decades. The legitimacy of narratives in play now, are built on the legitimacy and authenticity of narratives from the past.

Lies built upon lies are hard to disentangle for the average person. Some of these lies threaten to shatter one's worldview so they cannot be considered inside an individual's mind since it would lead to more existential struggle within one's self.
