I have been doing the Ketogenic lifestyle Diet for over 3 years and if you include all the years of Atkins. then many more. If you are not awaree of the ketogenic diet you should be. It has been proven science that you can live off the Fat in your Body for fuel, and you can use healthy fats to help get you body into Fat burning mode.

If not sure what to eat, then just eat eggs butter , avocado and cheese. These are the perfect fats, especially the eggs.

Yes. I paid 20 SBD but on the confirmation page it kept asking me to confirm. So i kept hitting confirm button and it would go right back to the confirm page, so I kept hitting. Only way I could exit the page was to close the browser.

Fortunately I only had about 50 SBD so the bot could only took another 20 SBD.

I have reached out to Jerry’s helper but he said they would not even let Jerry know I paid 40$ for his upvote and loss 11SBD instead of gaining over 100 SBD as it was at the time of the upvote. I was the highest bidder at 20 SBD. Why would I over bid myself? Jerry admin pretty Much called me a lying cheat. Micheal Gerard told me he would not even let Jerry know he has 20 SBD that does not belong to him. I just want it back. He says he is here to help people well he has totally discouraged me from proceeding by his actions. It seems his system is to direct all money to him at all cost.

I used to love eggs but it doesn't love me back. Keto diet, paleo diet, Atkin diet, and all that meat eating clones will lead to short term result and long term pain. According to 96% of scientific research and scientists, the proper way of eating is plant-based whole food. Avoid processed sugar, processed salt, and processed oil. Hey theree, I'm also a high-fat diet enthusiast but I just can't help myself with the moral aspect of it. What is your take on the environmental imprint of having the animal-based diet?

I'm a student with average budget so I can't really buy super bio eggs and meat of animals from local farms which have been happy their whole life and in general been treated properly. What's your take on such situation? Would you still continue with high-fat diet (means it consists of lot of animal-based food) or would you maybe allow more carbs (which are cheaper than fats/protein) to be able to buy a high quality meat/eggs/butter several times a week and therefore lower my imprint on the nature and suffering animals?

Hey thanks so much for taking the time to comment. There are vegetarian alternative to keto lifestyle, basically high fat/very low carb is key. Avocados, cheeses , Creams, Fatty fishes like Salmon,. You can also trick your body to burn more fat by taking 1-3 tablespoons of 100% C8 MCT oil with another fat like butter so does not upset your stomach. Check out the bulletproof coffee recipe. Yepp yepp, avocados are on my daily meal plan...and so is fish, almost daily....not a big fan of cheese though, cuz I feel it just has to go through quite a lot of process from being milk to being cheese. And besides the macro aspects of foods, I also think food should be as natural as possible. And regarding bulletproof....I want to try it for years but still handnt do it, don't really know why. I'm putting coconut oil to each and every cup of coffe of mine but never really went 100% to do the proper bulletproof coffee.

Yea you really need to use. The C8 oil and butter in the bulletproof coffee to get the full benefit. Coconut oil has very little C8 oil in it So will not see the results that you will see with C8. It is expensive but it is the best tool in your Ketogenic tool box by far.

I want to add that Ketogenic lifestyle is one of the cheapest grocery bill because this is also much lower calorie way of eating. You will get full faster w/ all the fat you consume. Most Ketogenic dieters also intermittent fast and eat only one meal a day, which increases the affect. I will also fast 2-5 days and live off the fat stored in my Body. I am getting low in body fat so do not do that as often but it does allow me wiggle room on higher carb cheat days.

Wow amazing all the downvote on a post about ketogenic diet. This site is not about promoting good content . It is about screwing people for whatever reason. I will be losing over 100$. This is my 2nd of two blog post in one day that I used invested money to be upvoted only to have 20$ stolen from me by @jerrybanfeilds bot and another 100$. Because of the. Over vote and because of all the down votes because I had the near end to try and make. @jerrybanfeild aware that is bot stole my money. I wil do nothing but discourage all from joining this platform. Too many evil people on here.
