working on chocolate cake batter.

Today, after months of failed experiments, I finally made a chocolate cake batter with zero sugar added that I am so happy with, I ate it all and didn’t even get to bake it! (Or save any for my partner to try). I am so excited you guys, I had to share some pics of the process. Once I bake it and it’s perfect, and my upvotes reflect the effort and time I put into my work, then I’ll post up the recipe. Until then, happy Halloween weekend.
