It is made with spice powders. It is a variation to the parathas made with spices at home. Masala paratha on its own comprises spices such as others chili, cumin seeds, and chili powder and it could be served with any salad or yogurt. Add all the ingredients for creating paratha mix well. Add water little by little and apply into a firm and soft dough. Roll the dough until it becomes spots that are golden on sides and cook. Serve garam masala paratha with salad. Paratha recipes mooli aloo paratha, paneer paratha, lachha paratha, paratha, and others.
