Simple Klapertart By me

Ingredients
9-10 servings
300 Gram Young Coconut
150 Ml of young coconut water
50 grams of wheat flour
30 grams of cornstarch
2 egg yolks
500 ml of liquid milk, (I use ultra milk)
100 grams of margarine
to taste sugar
to taste the salt
1 Sdm vanilli
100 grams of raisins
Milo
ceres
chocolate bar
🍀 Toping:
2 egg whites
4 tbsp sugar
to taste the raisins
to taste the cheese
to taste the cinnamon powder

  1. Prepare a skillet, dilute margarine with a very small flame. After margarine is melted, add starch and cornstarch, stir well.
  2. Enter the liquid milk, coconut water, and sugar, stirring until evenly distributed.
