There are numerous small steps we could make in our lives to reach this realization . It takes effort, determination concentration, discipline and focus to change mental habits that have been ingrained in us for years however, once we've had an experience of the fresh fruit, we begin to cultivate trust and confidence in living in the present. This can be achieved by making a small amount of time and space to make a change in our routine. You can, for instance, attempt something that is as easy as brushing your teeth with your hands. Even the fact that it takes a more time and appears less effective than the method you're used to, give it a go it. Watch what happens, then be excited about the new challenge. Moving out of our comfort zones is crucial, as we find that this alternative approach can be safer and even more enjoyable. The first and most important step is to make the conscious decision not to be able to judge and assess. Let the process be. It's extremely difficult to not be comparing our lives to other people or think about what other people might think, but ultimately it is about the ability to let go. Let go of the pressure to manage things that aren't for our control. Every person has their own personal experience and view of reality. In the next week, we'll be inviting everyone of our Kleks Academy Community Members to take part in exciting challenges and exercises specially designed to inspire and unleash your creativity.

Tuesday Challenge is created by Dr. Adam Jagiello-Rusilowski who is the educator, social innovator (ASHOKA fellow) and Kleks Academy Team Member. Participants from the community are invited to let their minds going with various challenges, and will be sharing their thoughts and experiences to be eligible prizes.

Friday Challenge: a storytime that is creative with Maciek Kawulski. He is the creator and the director for the brand new Professor Kleks Academy film series as well as co-founder of Kleks Academy. Each each week Maciek is going to start a tale that will begin with a short literary introduction. What happens next is dependent on the people who choose to take on the task.

Apart from having fun and creativity Participants may also be motivated by the tempting rewards waiting for the most intriguing entries. The winner will be awarded an NFT multi-D! The three runners-up following can be included in our Pre-sale Whitelist! More details about the Pre-Sale Whitelist will be announced in the coming months.
