How to make a chef's kitchen knife!

Hi, this is my first video on D-Tube! In this one I collaborted with talented knifemaker SJ who cut out and heat treated the blade from AEB-L stainless steel according to my specs. When the package arrived I've ground the blade, made the handle out of some exotic wood and sharpened it. The knife was a gift for my supervisor.
