Wrestling & Jiu-Jitsu - Double Leg, Single Leg & Counters | Takedowns with Eli Knight & Chad Malone

in #knightbjj6 years ago

Two of the most important takedowns to have in your arsenal are the double leg and single leg. Proper entering and finishing, as well as connecting these together are crucial. While I was in Virginia at Capital MMA & Elite Fitness, I had the privilege of filming this with fellow RGJJN Black Belt, Chad Malone. Aside from his jiu-jitsu pedigree, Chad knows his stuff when it comes to wrestling!

For my portion of this video, I discuss potential counters that one might encounter if the execution of these takedowns or the timing is flawed. I hope you guys get some good info from this!
