The policy makers are idiots. I would like to know what the average age of those thatmake such policies. They tall about welfare programs and put up incentives with very little results. I would say the problems are as follows:

1. Ever changing policies that make it difficult for people to even plan a future.
2. They propose welfare programs to give rather than allow fixed returns. Change the damn income tax policy.
3. They target the lower class to promote birth rather than targeting the class that will consider.
4. Education policy is FUCKed up.
