How to make Kimchi jjigae.
Kimchi Jjigae also known as Kimchi stew or Kimchi soup is probably the most common way of consuming some aged Kimchi. It is such a staple food in Korean households that typically Korean would eat it at least once or twice a week if not more. I also cooked it for breakfast today morning. If you have some aged Kimchi in the fridge, you should try cooking Kimchi Jjigae.
