Gyeongnidan-gil - Seoul's representative alleyway culture

in #kr7 years ago

Gyeongnidan-gil is one of the up-and-coming streets in Itaewon, it's 1km-long, sprawling out up Namsan Mountain from the Armed Forces Financial Management Group to Sowol-gil road. The Armed Forces Financial Management Group used to be called the Armed Forces Central Gyeongnidan, where the name of the road orignated. With Namsan Seoul Tower on its northern side and bustling Itaewon area on its southern side, Gyeongnidan-gil has now become a prime destination for all food lovers due to the vast selection of quality international cuisine and coffee available.

Small restaurants, cafes and pubs can be found lined up on each alley on the walk along Gyeongnidan-gil. The unique side-street stores here have emerged as the hot places preferred by the young people for their simple yet exotic characteristics.
