7월초에 이리 더운게 정상인가요?

밤에는 반짝 시원한것 같아 공원에 나갔다가

땀만 흘리고 돌아왔습니다

지치고 힘들다고 가만 있으면 긴긴 올 여름 큰일날것 같습니다

운동도 열심히 하고 먹는것도 건강식 위주로 챙겨야겠습니다

술도 좀 줄이구요…ㅎㅎ
