지금 스팀에 소액을 넣으려고 지갑에 들어가보니 입출금이 제한되어 있습니다. 제가 생각하기엔 이번 하드포크로 인해 일시제한했나봅니다.

I am now limiting deposits and withdrawals as I enter a wallet to put a small amount in steem. I will explain temporarily limiting by this hard fork which I guess.
