[WONDER IN MACAU]Meaning of my Travel

오늘은 제가 여행한 마카오에 대해 소개해 드리고자 합니다.
Today, I would like to introduce Macau which I traveled.

제가 느낀 마카오의 느낌은 '굉장히 아름답다'라는 것입니다. 그리고 꼭 가볼만 한 가치가 있는 곳이었습니다.
1999년 반환되어 현재 중국의 행정자치구이이자, 예전 포루트갈의 식민지였던 마카오는 유럽의 느낌과 중국의 느낌이 공존합니다.
I feel Macau's feeling is 'very beautiful'. And it was a place worth seeing.
Returned back in 1999, Macau, now an administrative borough of China and a former colony of Portugal, coexists with a European and a Chinese atmosphere.

개인적으로 인상적이었던 것은 벽면이나 바닥의 타일에서 유럽의 감성을 느낀 순간입니다.
What impressed me personally was the moment I felt the European sensibility on the walls and floor tiles.

타일로된 벽이 눈에 띕니다. 색채의 사용이 좋습니다.
A tiled wall is visible especially. Its color is really good.

바닥은 물결치고 있습니다.
You can see the floor is waving.

여기는 상인이자 첫 서양식 주택인 로우카우 맨션입니다. 스태인드글라스와 아치형 장식이 보입니다.
거대한 스케일에 놀라움을 느낄 때가 있지만, 이처럼 아기자기한 휴먼 디테일에 즐거움을 느꼈던 순간입니다.
This is the merchant and the first Western-style house in Macau, the Lou Kau Mansion. Stained glass and arched decorations are visible.
There are times when I am amazed at the huge scale, but it was the moment when I felt delighted with this small detail.

또한 곳곳에 대형 건물들이 저를 압도 합니다. 거리의 강렬한 중국 간판이 있습니다.
이것은 또한 중국의 느낌이 아닐까 생각합니다. 그렇기에 마카오는 중국와 포루트갈의 문화가 공존하는 곳입니다.
In addition, large buildings in many places overwhelm me. There is an intense Chinese sign on the streets.
I think this is also the feeling of China. That's why Macau is a place where the culture of China and Portugal coexists.

마카오에서는 대부분의 원하시는 장소를 셔틀로 이동할 수 있습니다.
저역시도 세나두 광장 근처까지, 시티 오브 드림까지 셔틀로 이동하였네요.
In Macau you can go to most of your attractive places by shuttle.
I also have experience to take the shuttle to the City of Dream and near Senado Square.

마카오 여행의 필수 코스 세나두 광장을 간단하게 소개드리고자 합니다. 이곳은 중심으로 가볼만 한 관광지가 많이 있습니다.
세나두 광장의 성격은 대한민국의 명동과 비슷하다고 생각합니다. 상업적이지만 군데 군데 유럽식의 성당, 전통사찰등 과거의 역사가 있어 걸어가는 내내 보고 즐길 거리가 많이 있습니다.
I would like to briefly introduce Senado Square, a must go places in Macau tour. There are a lot of tourist attractions here and there near the Senado.
I think the character of Senado square is similar to Myeongdong street of Korea. There are a lot of things to see and do during the walk likes such as commercial and sometimes historical places, but there are European style cathedral and traditional temple.

It is the feeling of the beginning of Senado square.

성 도미닉 성당 내부입니다. 색감이 매우 인상적입니다.
St. Dominic cathedral inside. The color is very impressive.

성바울 성당은 전쟁으로 인해 전면부만 남아있지만, 마카오의 상징적인 건물이 되었습니다.
St. Baul's Cathedral remains a front-end structure due to war, but it has become a symbolic architect of Macau.

저층 건물이 줄지어 있고, 저층부의 개방된 가게는 손님들을 유혹합니다. 개인적으로 걸어가다 지치면, 리치주스 강추드립니다.
Low-rised buildings lined up and opened shops attract tourists on the low-floor. If you walk out personally, Rich Juice will be really good for recharging.

하지만 약간 특이한 점은 2~3층부에 주거시설이 있다는 것입니다. 중심관광지에서 현지의 삶의 모습도 함께 볼 수 있어 즐거운 경험이었습니다. 빨래며, 직접 키우는 식물들이 눈에 띕니다.
However, a little unusual is that there are residential facilities in the second and third floors. We were able to see local life, and it was enjoyable experience. Washing, and plants that grow are noticeable.
