DON’T TOUCH THE DOOR (Gen.7: 16)
Many years of construction and hard work had ended. The main entrance of the great wooden battleship built by Noah and his family received the provisions, thousands of animals just days of the great world devastation. The time is here All aboard. Alarms activated.
The Supreme Chief took the initiative and with his powerful hand closed the only chance of salvation that generation had through the door that gave access to the immense floating box. Once inside, the waiting and the countdown began, which would prove once again that the Time of God is just, precise and unquestionable.
When the water touched Noah's Ark until the time they floated to the Ararat Mountains (now Turkey) it was a seven-month cruise trip and when they reached the end point of that crossing, they were already on land for about five more months. .. stranded, detained, alone, motionless, stranded, locked, waiting and waiting. Never adrift, they had a very experienced Captain who had everything under control.
Think for a moment in all your situations where you feel coming to a dead end street and asking questions that have no answers. Observe carefully how one of the many ways that God has to move and make his Word work:
1- When God closes a door in your life you are not authorized to reopen it. Surely He is seeing something that you have not even considered. NEVER open a door that God has closed because you will have to assume all the consequences. If Noe had made that mistake it is possible that all had perished, because once the door was opened thousands of people would try to save themselves without any kind of control.
2- When you give your life to the Creator you also give him the keys to control the main door of decisions that affect one way or another your life and that of your family. If the keys are in your hands, they are in good hands. Find the keys and you will see how the doors open and close in your favor.
3- During the time that the door is closed, keep calm, calm, work on everything that is important for those around you and above all, trust and wait for the moment when the door is opened again. The time where you have been limited or isolated is part of the character formation process that the Sovereign uses with the men and women who love him. That can be seen throughout the Bible.
4- Develop your hearing. When the time comes to leave through the Door, He will communicate with you, the great projects will begin, the great challenges and the great scope of all your infinite and wonderful works.
It is important to have a good ear to hear the unmistakable frequency of the Teacher of Masters. Do not forget to be grateful in everything.
NOAH, we need you to give us good advice based on your experience.
