Preparation

To 1500mg of powdered Green Maeng Da was added a cup of boiled water, subsequently stirred.

The resulting concoction was ingested over a period of roughly thirty minutes.

Intent

Green Maeng Da is my favorite strain for enegy & motivation. When needing to get something done, 1000 to 1500mg prepared as described above rarely fails to deliver a day of exquisite productivity.

It goes without saying that attention to kratom tolerance is observed, and thus consumption of GMD is limited to once or twice a week, with entire weeks off.

Experience report

Analytical chat with coworker (naive to kratom consumption) about technical issues. Excellent, laser-like concentration, but without the excessive zeal of amphetamine was noticed - and without a crash later.

After making it back home, and still feeling the kratom (to put it mildly), decided to ingest Cannabis.

Combination of Kratom Green Maeng Da and Cannabis - initial thoughts

Perhaps unsurprisingly, the stimulation/energy partially gave way to a heavier body, less inclination to move and less mental focus.

However, artistic skills are - subjectively - substantially improved from baseline as well. Easier to feel the music, to go with the flow. One hour goes like this.

Now several hours in, the effects of both plants can still be felt, although with unwelcomed lethargy (Cannabis-induced), which I do my best to ignore.

Want to experience the ambient in the forest in this heightened state, and combat the lethargy, and therefore I am heading out.

Parting thoughts

Hard to say with just one experience, but I would say that Maeng Da by itself or Cannabis by itself is a better choice overall. Don't imagine repeating this combo very often.
