Willow

In a quiet rural area, among green fields and picturesque hills, there was an old willow tree. A mighty tree with perfectly formed branches, like hands inviting tired travelers under their reliable shelter.

Old Pavel, a local resident, always considered willow his faithful companion. His good friend inspired peace and filled his heart with joy every time Pavel sat down on a bench near his ancient trunk. Standing as an eternal guardian, willow has witnessed many stories and encounters over the countless years of her life. Next to her, people shared their happiness and grief, found solace and took a break from the hustle and bustle of the world.

Willow inspired Pavel. He learned to breathe deeply and contemplate the world, paying attention to the most subtle details that most people missed. On autumn days, when the leaves turned yellow and fell, the willow seemed even more wise and mysterious. Raindrops, shimmering on its leaves, created symbolic chants, reminding of the continuous cycle of life and passing time.

But as winter approached, the willow changed its usual beauty to a gray stinginess. Not a single leaf remained on the branches, and the trunk expressed all its power and stability. And so it went on for generations: in spring, the willow tree came to life, spreading its branches and giving life to new buds; in summer, it sang in unison with the wind, whispering gentle words on hot days; in autumn, the willows illuminated the surrounding space with burning fire. Each season contributed to this unique story of the tree.

And now Pavel, when it was his time to say goodbye to this world, asked to be buried next to a willow tree. He wanted to leave his mark on this great saga of life, lost among many others, but always tangible to those who pass by. Willow, this wonderful old woman, has collected so many human stories that her roots are forever imbued with meaning and love.

And so, willow lived her life, revealing her inexplicable attractiveness and magic to the world. She taught us to appreciate the beauty of nature and listen to the voices of the past. Her wisdom was boundless, stretching across years and generations. Together with Pavel, we will remember her as she was - an old willow, tenderly cherishing the memory of us.
