INFLATION IS A SILENT KILLER OF WEALTH
One thing people don't realize is that if they don't invest their money, inflation can lower the value of your money. For example, you have P100.00 in January of 2017 and wanted to buy a glass that is worth P100.00. Let's say the inflation rate for 2017 was 4%. In January of 2018, that same glass is now worth around P104.00 because of inflation. Now, your P100.00 cannot buy that same glass. Imagine if this is compounded over a couple of years.
