ARCS: USER DATA AND ALRE.
We all know how much we get fascinated by the type of videos that shows up as recommended videos when we open our Youtube application to watch a video, or how adds that are related to items we were just checking out in an ecommerce store online tends to find us one way or the other on every new website we visit and sometimes we ask ourselves “how did they know I want this product?” Let me open your eyes a little all the above mentioned things are as a result of data acquiring and data management online.
Now lets break things down into bits so as to build up to our data story. Data basically can be defined as set of raw facts, status and behaviors collected together either in a quantitative or qualitative way for reference and analysis. User data basically means data that belongs to a specific user and he or she has full rights to doing what he or she wants to do with data. Now we the community live in a world where data drives alot of things which range from cooking, to getting a train ticket, or using google maps to get around etc. This set of data actually have factors that limit their validity and quality a big example of a factor is hownthe data is stored in the "database". In recent tikes, people have sueed companies for the inappropriate handling of users data and total neglect of the users themselves most of it boils down to users consent. In the light that most users don't have exclusive right and consent to who and where their data is taken to or even used for.
In today's world laws, regulatory bodies and organisations where set up to monitor and control the use and misuse of users data in vatious part of the world some of them include the The General Data Protection Regulations Act {GDPR}, The Nigerian Data Protection Regulation {NDPR} this is for my home country and then the European General Data Protection Regulation Act {for the European Union}.
All where brought to reduce the misuse of user data across the globe. Now with these laws and regulations set up, people have become very much informed about how much value their data actually worth. This in turn, gives birth to the rise in various companies who strive to acquire and purchase these data and resell them for profit basically with the soul purpose of bigger companies / corperations in mind.
Now Alre is a platform built with the Idea to give a much fair distribution of profits made from personal data by doing well to giving users self gorvernance over their identities. Moving forward we all know that when there is a problem we all need a solution right?
Alre solves the problem of misuse of user data, often times users generally have negative feedback on the current use of their day because they most times not satisfied with the information, related searches in their browsers etc. Already solves the issue by enabling a unified management user day which allows the data to be used with consent and data right duly protected. Alre refers to this interface as the "Next Generation Bank" in the sense that it aims at making any single service provider provide just one service and each will provide their service as part of the next generation bank while making use of a single token called {ARCS}.
Alre tokenizes valuables as security tokens through the data bank. Some of which are stocks, art, real estates etc. and further more make payments with the crypto currencies. Now to the juicy part of this, Alre makes use of this data provided to create a completely novel evaluation standard in order to be more Robost. Alre will try to accommodate compatibility with other participant companies on the Alre platform. Now to become that True and Genuine "User-Soverign" platform, Alre will take the Initiative in handling new technologies and concepts regarding user data management.
