Japanese artist paints a world where people happily live among giant beasts
The pictures below were drawn by a mysterious artist known only to be Japanese with the stage name Ariduka55.
With talented hands and creativity, Ariduka55 has helped realize a somewhat illusory dream - humans and giant animals living and breathing together.
It sounds strange, but actually, they are inspired by pets that are too familiar to humans such as cats, dogs, rabbits, owls, raccoons - from big to very large, as tall as a 3-storey house.
However, the colors in Ariduka55's paintings are extremely gentle, making viewers feel unusually peaceful. In it, you'll find komorebi - referring to the light coming through the leaves, the curtains shining on the ground. This word is used to describe the beauty of everyday things/phenomena.
