Hi there! Today, I want you to give a minute on this post. Here we goes..
Stress and depression are the common sickness of humankind. To avoid this kind of sickness, the following are the simple tips.
1.) Rejoice in the Lord. I say it again, rejoice! God will give you strength anyway.
2.) Don't bother to mind the problems, they are just problems. They don't help you. You knew that already!
3.) Live by faith not by sight. Trust unto the Lord, He is powerful that yours. I'm sure it's easy for Him to take away your problem.
4.) Have a self-control over everything! Be kind and patient even if others are not and even if others will not.
