The Law Can Be Bought

This is one of the causes of the law can not be upright, justice can not be achieved. Because the law can be bought. Law enforcement apparatus can be bribed. They are corrupt. Finally the law sides with the payers, not the right ones.
If it continues like this. Then the normal way is almost impossible to fix.
