How is the world governed in this reality?

To know how things are governed in this world of commerce, Canon Law is the master of what exists today. Maritime Admiralty is the law of the seas of which all commerce, money, is base on. And then we have UCC code. It's all CONTRACT law, nothing more, nothing less. What is the contract? That is what both parties agree to. It's simplicity. There exist no Common Law in a world of commerce as all countries are now governed by Fiat, money, commerce, and thus are under Law of the Seas.
