The lazy cat that no one wants to adopt

I bumped into this lazy cat on one of my outing. It was lying in front of a cafe and the shop owner even posted a memo for adoption. I think it does not belong to the owner. Just some random cat that had claimed that spot and the shop owner just let it be. But the memo was funny though.
