Some insights in leadership:

1. Leader is a person who can influence the group he leads to exert a joint effort to achieve the goals or objectives that have been determined.
2. The Chairman is a person who is organized in a group to represent and take responsibility for his group in achieving the stated objectives.
3. The head is the one who heads a group or unit to lead the group / unit toward the goal.
4. Leadership is the process of moving and influencing others to achieve the goals set.
