- Good leader earns respect, serve those who he represents very well and not its selfish interest. Also, to be a superb leader, you must possess good character, attitude, punctual, honest in your position.
- A good leader must be focused on a relevant, needs, goals, interest of who he represents.
- Your belief will also make you achieve your level of a superb leader.
