The crux of this article is to look at what leadership is, and the various types of leadership.
Leadership is an act of getting things done through a group of persons with Team Work application.

Now who is a leader?
A leader is a person who leads a group of persons to achieve a set goal.
It is better-stated that a leader should display a good example for the followers to emulate. A leader is expected to be actively involved in any given task.unlike a manager who gives instruction and expects his subordinates to adhere to it.
Now, let's look at the types of leadership we have and how they affect their followers.

•TRANSACTIONAL LEADERSHIP:
A transactional leader is someone who values order and structure (organogram/hierarchy). They are likely to command military operations, manage large corporations, or lead international projects that require rules and regulations to complete objectives on time or move people and supplies in an organized way. They are more focussed on rules and regulations to complete a given task within a pacific time.

•AUTOCRATIC LEADERSHIP: This leadership style is also known as authoritarian leadership. In this class of leadership, decision is usually taken by the leader and little or no idea is expected from the followers. He is in command, others opinions are obsolete
LIASSEZ LEADERSHIP STYLE:* This type of leadership is also known as delegative leadership style, this leader allows members to generate ideas and make decisions. This is the complete opposite of the Autocratic style of leadership. The members in this class are valuable as their opinions count.

•TRANSFORMATION LEADERSHIP:This has to do with the total involvement of the leader with his or her members to achieve the desired needed change. Appreciatively, the leader is actively on ground with other members to attain their given task without any hierarchical pride.

•CHARISMATIC LEADERSHIP: Just like Jose Mourinho (coach of Man U) and Diego Simeone (coach of Athletico Madrid), the leader in this class of leadership is actively passionate about motivating and inspiring his or her members to attain a higher level of achievement. Incentives could be introduced to inspire members to put in their maximum best to obtain their aims.

I am really a big fan of John Maxwell school of leadership, it tends to see leadership as basically the influence exhibited by a particular person, this is the kind of leadership you have explained in the Transformational leadership, in my opinion this is actually the best.

Thanks for anticipating.
